With Halloween fast approaching, you may be thinking of planning events for the family. Here are a few ideas of where to go and what would be age appropriate for kids, teens, and adults.

Bailey Vegetable Farm & Pumpkin Patch is more kid friendly. There are tractor trikes to ride on, free wagon rides around the pumpkin patch, and rope swings. Plus tons of vegetables and pumpkins to pick yourself!

Bob’s Corn & Pumpkin Patch has something for everyone! Free hayrides and a 10 acre corn maze. They also have tons of pumpkins to choose from, even ones with “witches’ warts.”

Carlton Farms is probably my favorite corn maze I have attended, because it has such a variety of activities for the whole family. There’s a pumpkin cannon, which you can launch your very own pumpkin from, and see how far it lands. There are also after dark corn mazes, also including a haunted swamp and zombie farm (not recommended for children under 12).

Craven farm has an “Alice in Pumpkin Land” themed maze this year suitable for the whole family. It also has face painting, farm animals and a pumpkin/apple slinger. There’s also an after-dark maze for those night owls that’s family friendly.

Stocker Farms has a lot of activities ranging from scary to fun for every age. They have a pumpkin patch, corn maze and hayrides. If you’re feeling adventurous, they have an after dark maze that includes “The Field of Screams” and “The Last Laugh” (not recommended for kids under 12 or anyone who doesn’t like clowns).

There’s a variety of activities for the whole family at any one of these Farms. For more information, feel free to contact us, or visit the My Edmonds news page for more detailed information. Happy Halloween and Happy Haunting!
