Cat Neal

Cat joined us in April of 2022 as our administrative assistant. Since then, she has learned a lot about our commercial business clients from our Senior Commercial Agent, Kaitlyn. As our Junior Commercial Customer Service Agent, Cat now assists with your inquiries for certificates, changes to your policy, or billing needs for business policies. Cat spends her down time with a good book or puzzle (though keeping her cats away from the pieces is sometimes as much of a challenge as the puzzle!). She also loves taking road trips to explore new places and seeing what knickknacks she can find at thrift shops along the way.
